Keira joined the team at ADILLA in December 2018.
From the minute she walked in she has blown us and her clients away with her phenomenal skill, attention to detail and has most of us doubled down in laughter with her quick wit and dry humour. So, she fits in perfectly !
Her favourite services in salon are blonding, colour correcting and extensions. Since joining us, Keira has almost exclusively taken on all the colour corrections in salon. This is something we see a lot in our salon! Whether it has gone wrong at home or somewhere else, Keira has tackled and nailed every colour correction we’ve seen her do. This has enabled Keira to already fill up her books with loyal and repeat clients.
Keira was also the one to take ADILLA Director, Frankie Flanagan, blonde. She did this using a technique we call ‘Irish foils’. This is when all of the hair is foiled back to back without leaving any hair untouched. It’s a long process and one that she has refined and mastered.
You can see Keiras’ work at @keira_adillacolab or on the ‘Keira’ highlights reel on our instagram. You’ll see the big jobs and colour corrections she has mastered there.
As Rhiannon’s books are close to full, Keira will be taking over some of Rhiannon’s clients as she has spent 3 months shadowing and training with her to learn the ADILLA way. She has also trained with Frankie in her styling and cutting, already mastering her wave and dry haircut techniques. So armed with the knowledge she already had, plus being trained by Rhiannon and Frankie, it’s no surprise her books are filling fast.
