ADILLA colab is home to renowned hairdresser Frankie Endersbee. ADILLA meaning ‘just and fair’ is a collaboration of freelance hairdressers based in Double Bay Sydney. Experts in all aspects of hair styling, cutting, colouring, and extensions.

Director Frankie has done her time is Australia’s leading salons and international Fashion Shows, won her fair share of awards and built successful salons along the way. ADILLA is a space to express creativity and overall make people look and feel amazing.

From extensive salon work, to TV, to international editorial and international fashion shows, National and international Education, Frankie Endersbee’s experience in The Hair and Fashion industries is extensive and varied.
With prodigious talent and passion evident from an early age, Frankie started her career as an assistant hairdresser whilst still finishing her high school studies. Since then, Frankie has gone on to become an internationally renowned hairdresser and worked in 2 of Australia’s top salons over the last 10 years as well as harnessing a thriving Editorial career.
Working on the top shows at Fashion Week for 10 years then saw Frankie direct hair for well-known swimwear label We Are Handsome whilst also working closely with other directors for numerous shows. Fashion Week experience includes NYFW with the industry’s leaders on the world’s biggest shows.
Frankie has worked closely with some of the biggest names in fashion including working and liasing with Naomi Campbell, directing a team of 7 for The Face Australia. She has also previously worked on The Voice as a hair stylist for the Mac cosmetics team.
Frankie’s most recent work has seen her directing hair for Gok Wan’s ‘Style the Nation’ for Channel 7. As a part of this series, Frankie collaborated with Gok directly on the direction and make-overs of five women hand-picked from around Australia.
With accolades such as the FAME team, Victorian Hairdresser of the Year 2012, and senior hairdresser of the year, her determination and dedication has seen her do well. As the go to for some of Australia’s biggest music talents and being a sort after editorial stylist leaves the future bright and full.
February 2016 saw Frankie work with one of the worlds top hairstylists, Guido Palau on Kanye West’s Yeezy Fashion show at New York Fashion Week.
